VA Education Benefits (Including the GI BILL®) are certified to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) by The University of Northern Colorado’s School Certifying Officials (SCOs) in the Registrar’s Office.
School Certifying Officials do not determine eligibility for benefits or approved education majors/programs. School Certifying Officials only report certifiable enrollment information to the VA.
