Required Graduate School Application Materials - Domestic Applicants

1. A completed Graduate School application
2. An official transcript from EACH institution of higher education attended by the applicant, excluding UNC. The Graduate School will access previous UNC transcripts. Official transcripts may be sent electronically directly from the issuing institution to grad.applicationmaterials@unco.edu OR a hard copy may be mailed to the Graduate School.
3. Submit Graduate Record Examination (if applicable)
4. Provide letters of recommendation (if applicable)
5. Check program requirements
6. Non-refundable application fee
7. Submit all required application materials to the Graduate School
