MBA 684 Managing Organizational Change

Prerequisites: MBA 632 and MBA 654. Graduates only. Introduces students to the major approaches used for managing both planned and unplanned organizational change. Reviews diagnostic techniques for identifying organizational problems and examines how strategic organizational change can achieve increased quality, productivity, and employee engagement.
