Room and Board Withdrawal Costs
Housing & Dining contracts are for the full academic year (both fall and spring semesters). You must remain in the University’s housing program if enrolled in 6 or more credits.
Housing & Residential Education and Dining Services will charge a daily rate (per diem) to students who withdraw from the University until mid-way through the semester. Specific dates will be posted on both Housing and Dining websites. After these dates, students will be charged in full for their meal plans and housing. NOTE: Housing deposit is non-refundable once the academic year has begun. Other fees may also be non-refundable.
