Sport Pedagogy Emphasis
The Doctor of Philosophy in Sport and Exercise Science with a Sport Pedagogy emphasis prepares students for academic positions in higher education. Students are afforded the coursework, research, and practical experiences necessary for conducting and translating sound science with practical significance. Students will have the opportunity to gain valuable teaching experience in pedagogy. They will also have opportunities to participate in ongoing and interdisciplinary research within the School of Sport and Exercise Science (SES) and the well-equipped educational research laboratory.
