Education M.A.T. — Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Education Emphasis

Degree Requirements — 33 Credit Hours

The Master of Arts in Teaching  - Culturally & Linguistically Diverse (MAT-CLD) Education program prepares teachers to serve the growing number of emergent bilingual learners in their classrooms. The MAT-CLD endorsement program consists of 33 semester hours. Requirements for the program include admission to the Graduate School and teaching licensure or enrollment in a teacher preparation program. Evidence of second language learning experience needs to be demonstrated for completion of this program.
