The Recreation, Tourism and Hospitality Program has been training leisure and hospitality professionals for both public and private sector involvement since 1964. The program has been directly responsible for the professional preparation of nearly 2,000 students. Graduates have obtained positions with various organizations throughout the nation that include recreation center directors, event coordinators, hotel managers, travel agency planners, park rangers, tour guides, athletics supervisors and special event planners.
