The Chicana/o and Latinx Studies Department is a gateway to career opportunity in Community Health, Globalization, Social Justice and public policy, youth advocacy or teacher education. Earn a BA in Mexican American Studies at the University of Northern Colorado.
Faculty are readily available for advising and consultation. Internships have been established and majors and minors are encouraged to participate. Freshman and sophomore students may take part in this program and many courses count for Liberal Arts Curriculum credit.
