Prerequisite: Graduates only. Majors only Prerequisites: Legal Environment of Business or equivalent. Provides an understanding of the law of business transactions as part of the decision-making process. Topics will include the law of agency, contracts, bankruptcy (debtor/creditor relationships), formation of business entities, secured transactions, negotiable instruments, and the regulation of the accounting profession. The course will utilize topical analysis and a case study approach focusing on analysis, synthesis, and evaluation of complex legal problems.
Prerequisite: Graduates only. Majors only. Business Finance or equivalent. Covers advanced concepts and techniques of financial analysis and valuation. Use of case studies and/or simulation.
