EDSE 554 Legal Foundations, Ethics, Policies, and Procedures in Early Childhood/Early Childhood Special Education

This course is designed to help students understand the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) Part C and Part B Section 619, and the eligibility, ethics, policies and procedures associated with the implementation of Early Intervention, Early Childhood Education and Early Childhood Special Education.
