BIO 476 Pharmacology

Prerequisite: Human Physiology which includes any of the following: BIO 246, BIO 350, or BIO 552 & BIO 553. A mechanistic study of pharmacokinetics (absorption, distribution, metabolism and excretion of drugs) and pharmaco dynamics (drug actions and interactions). Examples of important bioactive chemicals will be discussed.
