Program Description:
The Bachelor of Arts in Music Latinx Music Concentration is designed for those with a passion to explore the rich musical traditions of Mexico, Central America, South America, and the Caribbean. The program offers coursework, lessons, and performance experiences to develop broad knowledge and skills in Latinx Music genres and cultures.
The program is easily paired with one of our certificate programs (Arts Entrepreneurship or Music Technology) and/or a minor outside the School of Music. The B.A. in Music is a good choice for students who wish to double-major in music and a field outside of music.
