MBA 667 Six Sigma

This course provides a comprehensive introduction to Six Sigma, one of the most widely used and adaptable process improvement methodologies. Students will explore how Six Sigma principles and tools drive measurable results across diverse sectors, including business, healthcare, education, and government. Emphasizing both conceptual understanding and practical application, the course offers hands-on experience with the analytical and problem-solving techniques central to Six Sigma projects. Although this course does not include or require the Certified Six Sigma Green Belt examination, it is structured to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to pursue Green Belt certification independently and at their own discretion in the future.
