MBA 668 Lean Transformation

This course provides an introduction to Lean concepts, emphasizing the principles, tools, and practices that drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across organizations and processes. The course explores foundational elements of Lean thinking, including waste elimination, process flow, value creation, and people-centered leadership. Through case studies, real-world examples, and project-based applications, students will develop practical problem-solving skills to assess operational challenges and design effective Lean-based improvement strategies.
